The Royale: A Vibrant Indian Dining Experience in Carle Place

My dining experience at this venue was truly remarkable. We chose to have dinner here and it seemed we were early since no other diners were there. This early arrival didn't dampen the ambiance, but instead provided an intimate setting for our meal. The menu offered a wonderful variety and we decided to go with both appetizers and entrees. Each dish we ordered was prepared to perfection and the flavors were outstandingly delicious. Our meal was perfectly complemented by a large bottle of Taj Mahal beer, a personal favorite of ours. In fact, we loved it so much, we decided to order another one along with our entree. This spot left such a positive impression that we found ourselves returning the very next day. It was just as wonderful the second time around. For anyone looking for a great meal, this place is highly recommended. Our experience here was nothing short of 5-star excellence!

It's very Excellent experience here ! We celebrate our marriage anniversary today & Vishal Bhaji was very sweet & kind person ! He organized everything so well food was amazing sitting area was great the decoration off the back of table where we going to cut the cake was very nice the buffet was so clean !! Highly recommend it is very good neat & clean place for gatherings! There is so much to write but at the end I would say everything was perfect

It is a quiet place with a sufficient variety of Indian food in all-you-can-eat buffet. Some American cuisine items can be ordered, too. Very good value, especially if you use Groupon. Friendly staff was available to explain the taste and common combinations of the food items we were unfamiliar with.

We did our wedding get together in there, it was very pleasant experience. We choose their outside seating area which was perfect for night time, ambiance was great. Food was delicious, service was excellent & the staff was great. Would love to come again. Highly recommend this place for small get together venue.

Delicious Indian dishes both vegetarian and non vegetarian. Excellent quality of food. Seems and taste like they made everything fresh. They wait was a bit longer for the food but it was worth it. Will be visiting again but I might give my 8 year old a snack before

We came here for a birthday brunch and were pretty impressed with the restaurant. Ambiance: The restaurant is very big and can clearly accommodate big groups. They have booths as well as tables. It's cute as they've created a nice flower wall for pictures. They also have a nice outdoor area. Service: Everyone was very friendly and nice. Service was fairly fast too Food: We chose to order off the menu instead of the buffet. We've found that in general buffet food is average so as a family we tend to avoid those. I liked the way the menu was organized by vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Their appetizer menu is quite extensive and had a lot of great choices. The entrée menu was the typical options that you'd expect to see. They did have a lot of bread options which is always a plus. Appetizers: The appetizers were amazing and on point. We got the chili paneer and veg spring rolls. Apps were well flavored and seasoned. I do wish we had gotten more of the appetizers after having tried these. Entrees: We got the paneer bhurji and malai kofta. We were very disappointed with these entrees as the items were quite bland. The naan was also only half cooked and you could tell it was raw in places. Overall, I'd come here for a drink and appetizers but wouldn't come for a full meal again. We planned to dine at Thomas’s Diner but it was so crowded, so we headed to The Royale, which also has great reviews. It was located next to Holiday Inn and customers can also use hotels’ parking lot. The decor is humble, clean and bright with plenty of seating & wide space. Their menu was decent and solid as an Indian restaurant. We had Harabara Kebab as appetizer, Lamb Chop & Fish Curry as our entree and Gulab jamun for dessert. The food was overall delicious with good portion to share with a group of two. Our favorite was the Fish Curry, the fish was tender and the curry was rich. The dessert was also great, satisfying even though it was super sweet. The staff was super friendly and considerate especially for Alice. It was a rainy day and they provided extra towel for cleaning up our stroller.
